About Us

Magna Construction Services Pty Ltd is an Australian Registered Building Company with a Western Australia and Queensland Builder Contractors Licence. Our team specialise in quality, yet affordable building related works, such works consists of, but are not limited to: Extensions & Granny Flats; Bathroom & General House Renovations; Re-Roofs from tile to metal sheet; NDIS Home Modifications; Custom New Builds; Insurance Repair Works and General Maintenance Works. We undertake works in both the residential and commercial sectors. ​We are members of the Master Builders, HIA and are NDIS approved providers of building works with CM3 standards of practice accreditation. 

 

We project manage and assist you with your intended project from design / planning permission / building permit / costing assistance at concept stage right through the project duration to the finished handover, ensuring high-quality workmanship is delivered on time and within budgets in a safe and efficient manner.

Our combined team of Project Managers / Co-ordinators and Skilled tradesman with the support of when required Architects, Engineers, Draftsman, etc work collectively to ensure an efficient construction project is undertaken every time. Our experience comprises over 30 years, with additional experience having been attained from overseas in both the UK and South Africa.

Contracts

We offer two types of contracts:

Fixed price contracts

A fixed price contract is an agreement where the contractor commits to completing a project for a predetermined, fixed price. This means that the client knows the total cost of the project upfront, providing budgetary certainty.

Cost plus contracts

A cost plus contract, on the other hand, is an agreement where the client agrees to reimburse the contractor for the actual costs incurred during the project, along with an agreed-upon fee or percentage of the costs as profit.
