Re-Roofs & Restorations 

Magna Construction Services undertake both full re-roofs primarily tile to metal sheet, but also full roof restoration on either tiled or metal sheeted roofs flat or pitched, residential or commercial.

Re-Roofs 

Going from Tile to Metal sheeting, we assist you with the following:

• Handling the council approvals and building permits

• Undertaking full tile removal and disposal

• Undertaking roof carpentry repair and adaptation works e.g new battens and additional tie downs 

• Installation of all sheeting, downpipes, gutters, fascias, skylights, flashings, whirly birds, dektites etc.

Restoration 

Tiled roof restorations for all tile types (clay, concrete or slate) from partial cracked and sealed tile replacements to re-mortar of ridge caps and re-pointing.

Metal roof restorations whether flat or pitched incorporate sheet replacement, sheet corrosion treatment, ten screw replacement, re-sealing of penetrations, dektites, whirly birds, flashings and capping repair and replacement.

Downpipes, gutters, fascias, box gutters, sump boxes, rainheads, soak wells rectification, replacement or installation works.
